Irish Cultural Centre in Hammersmith

A native of Dublin John came to London in 1988 as Chief Executive of the newly formed UK Division of Anglo Irish Bank. He sat on the Banks main Board and ran the UK business until his retirement in 2006.

Since then he has been active in a number of property and financial services businesses.John is a trustee of The Ireland Fund of Great Britain and chairs the fund raising campaign for The Elderly and Vulnerable Irish in Britain.

He is a member of London Irish A.R.F.C. and has a strong interest in all aspects of Irish culture particularly the music and language.
John is married to Annette and has 3 sons.
